My target 95 kms
I'm running this 95 km this July for every person in Australia who dies from a heart attack, one every 95 minutes.

This July, I'm taking part in Run to Zero and aiming to complete 95 kilometres... that's one kilometre for every minute between heart attack deaths in Australia.
For me, this challenge is deeply personal. Twelve years ago, my family lost my dad to a heart attack. While time has passed, the impact of that loss never really leaves you. It's the reason this challenge feels especially close to my heart.
For the month of July, I'm teaming up with my best pal Zak as we take on this challenge together. There'll be early mornings, offensively cold starts, plenty of kilometres, and hopefully a growing fundraising tally for the Heart Foundation along the way.
If you're able to donate, thank you. If you're cheering from the sidelines, thank you. And if you'd like to follow along as two besties navigate 95 kilometres, a fundraising challenge, and whatever surprises July decides to throw at us, you're very welcome here too.
Together, we're running towards zero.
