I'm running this 95 km this July for every person in Australia who dies from a heart attack, one every 95 minutes.
This July I'm starting from a 95km goal and running towards zero. Losing Dad left such a hole in my heart that will never be filled, I am doing this for him and am gonna push myself to get this done as quickly as I can.Because every 95 minutes, someone loses their life to a heart attack in our country. That's why I'm choosing to Run to Zero.
Give me motivation to reach my running goals, while helping fund Heart Foundation's research and Health care programs.
