Earlier this year, we lost our beautiful Dad to a sudden heart attack.

Dad was the kind of person who gave everything he had to the people he loved. He was strong, determined, and happiest when he was outdoors—especially when he was running. To say he was a bit of a beast on the track would be an understatement.

This July, we're taking part in Run to Zero in his memory.

Every 95 minutes, an Australian life is lost to heart disease. By supporting the Heart Foundation, you're helping fund vital research, prevention programs, and support services that can save lives and spare other families from the heartbreak we've experienced.
