I'm running this 95 km this July for every person in Australia who dies from a heart attack, one every 95 minutes.
Because every 95 minutes, someone loses their life to a heart attack in our country. That's why I'm choosing to Run to Zero.
By participating in this challenge, I hope to process my grief and raise awareness for heart disease. Give me motivation to reach my running goals, while helping fund Heart Foundation's research and Health care programs.
