I'm running this 95 km this July for every person in Australia who dies from a heart attack, one every 95 minutes.

In December 2025, my Dad suffered a heart attack and was dead for 30 minutes. Thanks to the work of incredible medical professionals that day and every day since, he has made a near full recovery. 

This July, I am running 95km to help raise money for heart disease research, management and treatment. Without this crucial research, my family and many other families across Australia would be without their loved ones. 

These donations make an massive difference to peoples lives, and would be greatly appreciated!
