We’re running 195km this July for every person in Australia who dies from a heart attack, one every 95 minutes.
For Dad 🫀
In July, we’re taking part in Run to Zero, running 195kms to honour the 95 Australians who lose their lives to heart disease every 95 minutes.
We’re running in memory of our Dad, who we lost in the November of 2023, as well as for the many families who have experienced the heartbreak of losing someone they love too soon. ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️❤️
By supporting our fundraiser, you’ll be helping the Heart Foundation fund life-saving research, prevention programs, and support services, giving more Australians the chance to live longer, healthier lives.
