Why Josh, Why?
Turns out every 95 minutes someone here in Australia dies from a heart attack. That's less time than it takes to watch most movies.1. My Mum, who was one of the first recipients of an external pacing device well before I was born and as a single parent has raised three smart, well adjusted (well... fairly well adjusted) and healthy kids into their adulthood all while living with a heart that won't actually beat for itself.
2. I felt inspired during a trip to Nusa Lembongan just off the coast of Bali by two of my oldest mates who would rise at 6 and run out 3 to 6 km's before the rest of us had even considered rolling over. They look great, they're energetic and most importantly, they're extending their lives.
