95km in one month - yeah too easy no dramas…😬☠️

💪🏻 For the month of July I'm going to run 95km.
‼️ This stat is insane - but every 95 minutes, someone loses their life to a heart attack in Australia. 
❤️‍🩹 Heart disease related deaths has affected my family in the past unfortunately so this is close to home. 
🏃 I was in to running there for a while but life did what life does sometimes and threw me off course. Now I’m keen to get stuck in to this for a good cause and hopefully get a bit fitter in the process.
🙏🏼  I’m straight up not going to ask for donations but if anyone does that would be amazing.
📱I will be sharing this as a bit too, the more people I tell the more accountability there is 🫣🥲😅
