I'm running this 95 km this July
This year I’m running 95 kilometres to support heart research.
The heart does so much more than keep us alive. To me, it represents courage, kindness, love, resilience and hope. While the brain shapes our thoughts, it’s our hearts that often shape who we become. The greatest strength comes when our head and our heart work together—reason balanced with compassion, determination guided by empathy.
If my kilometres can help contribute, even in a small way, to that future, then every step is worth it.
