My target 95 kms
I'm running this 95km this July for every person in Australia who dies from a heart attack, one every 95 minutes.
At the beginning of June 2026, I got the shock of my life. My Dad suffered a heart attack.
He was lucky. Our family were lucky. So many others aren’t.
Every 95 minutes, someone loses their life to a heart attack in our country.
Throughout the month of July, I will be starting at 95km and running towards zero. Any amount big or small goes a long way to helping Heart Foundation’s research and health care programs.
I personally will be forever thankful for the work the Heart Foundation has done and continue to do.
