I'm running 95 km this July for my Dad, Hoppy.
Last year I lost my Dad to a sudden and unexpected heart attack. He would have been 63 this July.
In honour of Dad and to raise awareness and funds for the Heart Foundation's research and Health care programs I will be running 95kms across the month of July.
