We are running 95 km this July for every person in Australia who dies from a heart attack, one every 95 minutes.
This July we are starting from a 95km goal and running towards zero. We need our fundraising tally to rise as we count down each kilometre, so we're asking for your help. Please donate.
Because every 95 minutes, someone loses their life to a heart attack in our country. That's why we're choosing to Run to Zero.
Give us motivation to reach our running goals, while helping fund Heart Foundation's research and Health care programs.
We're fundraising for...
Every 95 minutes, an Australian life is lost to a heart attack.
This July, Running on Caffeine—a team of six Emergency Department colleagues—is running 95 kilometres to honour those affected by heart disease and to support the incredible work of the Heart Foundation.
In our roles, we witness the devastating impact of cardiovascular disease and the importance of prevention, education, research, and timely treatment. That’s why we’re challenging ourselves to go the distance and raise funds for a cause that touches so many Australian families.
We would be grateful for any contribution to help us reach our goal. Together, we can help create a future where fewer families lose a loved one to heart disease. ❤️🏃♂️☕️
